    \n1.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to cause you any inconvenience or loss of rights. The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. We hold the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions including any of the contents of the website from time to time at our sole discretion without prior notice.<\/span>
    \n1.3. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of The Escape Hunt Experience. You are not permitted to use these without prior written permission from us and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant owner\u2019s rights.<\/span>
    \n1.4. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.<\/span>
    \n1.5. While you are on our premises, you must follow our rules and regulations, adopt proper standards of behaviour and cooperate with our employees at all times. We do not tolerate any kind of bullying or \u00a0arassment towards our employees.<\/span>
    \n1.6. We may link to third party websites; you use them at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for this.<\/span>
    \n1.7. The Escape Hunt Experience collects and stores your personal details without disclosing this information to any third party and we are dedicated to ensuring that the privacy of your personal information is protected.<\/span>
    \n1.8. Due to the nature of our games, photographic, audio, video or any other recordings, electronic or otherwise, cannot be taken of our games. For this reason, we do not allow personal electronic devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, video\/photographic cameras or other recording devices, inside our game rooms.<\/span>
    \n1.9. By using our services, you grant us and any of our Marketing Partners the right to use your image, video and\/or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request in writing that we do not use your image, video or likeness. You may request removal of a photo or video from our system by contacting us at escapehunt.com and providing the location that you visited and the URL of the photo\/image that you would like removed.<\/span>
    \n1.10. The Escape Hunt Experience expects our visitors and customers not to disclose or allow anyone else to disclose any details of our games, either directly or indirectly, to the public.<\/span>
    \n1.11. The Escape Hunt Experience may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.<\/span>
    \n1.12. The Escape Hunt Experience is entitled to charge guests for any damage, whether intentional or caused by misuse of items.<\/span>

    1. THE ESCAPE HUNT EXPERIENCE WEBSITE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1. You accept that the Internet is not fully secure. The Escape Hunt Experience will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any payment and debit \/ credit card information. The Escape Hunt Experience shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.<\/span>
      \n2.2. Neither The Escape Hunt Experience nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/span>
      \n2.3. The Escape Hunt Experience website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.<\/span>
      \n2.4. You are not permitted to link to or use all or any part of the The Escape Hunt Experience website for any purpose which is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.<\/span>

      1. BOOKINGS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. Most of our games are designed for a team of 2-5 people per room with exclusive use of said room. Details are provided for each game on our website.<\/span>
        \n3.2. Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a game.<\/span>
        \n3.3. It is your responsibility to check that any game bookings issued to you are accurate.<\/span>
        \n3.4. Any purchase of a game is only valid when processed by The Escape Hunt Experience.<\/span>
        \n3.5. Games may not be transferred or resold for any reason. If a game is transferred or resold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the game or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be refused admission to the game.<\/span>
        \n3.6. You are solely responsible for entering your details correctly into our online booking system. By submitting your online booking, you warrant to The Escape Hunt Experience that all details supplied by you are true and accurate.<\/span>
        \n3.7. You will receive the confirmation of your booking via email only. The Escape Hunt Experience will not send further confirmation via post or text message.<\/span>
        \n3.8. Online bookings can be made only a set number of days in advance. For more advanced bookings, please contact your local Escape Hunt game centre at escapehunt.com\/locations.<\/span>
        \n3.9. If your team arrives late by 30 minutes or more, your booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined. In such a situation, your payment is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.<\/span>
        \n3.10. All bookings are final as this is a LIVE game. No refunds, changes, cancellations or reschedules are allowed.<\/span>
        \n3.11. Force Majeure: The Escape Hunt Experience is not liable for any delays to your arrival whether caused by bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest or any other reason. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your booking.<\/span>

        1. PRICE & PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. The price (with appropriate tax or VAT) of a game per person is stated on our website.<\/span>
          \n4.2. The price may vary according to the number of people in a room, the game booked, the day of the week and\/or temporary promotions.<\/span>
          \n4.3. Payments can be made with any major credit or debit card or PayPal account.<\/span>
          \n4.4. Full payment is required at the time of booking.<\/span>
          \n4.5. If fewer people attend the game than were booked, the price difference will not be reimbursed.<\/span>
          \n4.6. If more people attend the game than were booked (up to the maximum number of people allowed in said game), additional fees will be levied and can be paid in cash upon arrival at the game centre.<\/span>

          1. SAFETY & ENJOYMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. You will be briefed on your game by your assigned Game Master before gameplay begins. Each player participates in the game at their own risk. The Escape Hunt Experience is not liable for any personal or equipment damage.<\/span>
            \n5.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at the sole discretion of the owners and staff of The Escape Hunt Experience.<\/span>
            \n5.3. Outside drinks or food may not be brought into the game centre reception with prior approval from us. No food or drinks are allowed inside any game rooms.<\/span>
            \n5.4. To be admitted, you must confirm the full name of the person who made the booking. You might also be asked to confirm your phone number and\/or email address and show a photo ID and\/or credit card.<\/span>
            \n5.5. For safety reasons, children under 7 years of age are not permitted to enter the reception or game rooms. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times, including within each game room.
